Returns & Refunds
Return or refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be:

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Defective or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Order Cancellations
Requests to cancel an order must be submitted before the order is processed or shipped.
Once processing has begun, cancellations may be subject to a handling fee to cover fulfillment costs.
